Manufactured in the late ' 80's and early
' 90's, but no longer made today.
No OEM parts available for these
units anymore. However, we have been successful with repairs on these
units using after-market parts.
If your symptom
is a constant tone with no response to iron, most likely the sensor
tube has a bad sensor. We do sensor repairs in most cases.
Common problem is exploded
batteries jammed in battery compartment caused by prolonged storage.
We repair many units with this damage.
